TARIFF: Costs are calculated on a payment per unit, per night, based on maximum occupancy and preferential rates on minimum length of stay (2 nights). Below is a summary of average unit cost per weekend:
Cozy Corner: Sleeps 1 couple, from R1 850/weekend.
Tree Tops: Sleeps 3 couples from R4 500 per W/E
The Penthouse: Sleeps 4 couples from R5 750 per W/E
Vaaldelta: Lakeview Holiday Apartments available subject to:Cash (50% on booking) plus refundable key/remote, sundries deposit (R400-R800). The refundable deposit may also cover additional electricity over and above that allocated to the unit (min 50kw). This helps to maintain control over the jacuzzi usage. (Additional tokens are available on standby and will be refunded if not used.) This applies equally to tokens bought directly by phone or internet - in suggested values of R100. The relevant meter numbers are pasted above the pay meter. |

By reservation only (pre-booking), no walk-ins: Houserules/rules of conduct apply & are attached to confirmatory e-mails. Specials are limited to availability and set bed-nights (minimum 2-3 nights) and unit price assumes full quota per unit. Only one special/discounted stay can be recouped at any, one time. Units must we be left orderly and dishes stacked. (When vacating dish washing is not required as all cutlery & crockery is rewashed by our team!) JACUZZIS Glasses are not permitted in jacuzzis. Guests may use the plastic and stainless-steel goblets provided or their own plastic or paper beakers. Jacuzzi hours may be restricted for groups to avoid noise during quiet times and no splashing is permitted. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and not in living areas or bedrooms. Additional fees will be charged for the collection of stompies thrown in gardens or on pathways - please use ash trays, bags & bins. PETS Pets allowed by prior arrangement, bedding and carpeting may be restricted (bring your own blankets). Leads and 'active' poop scoops compulsory! Additional, compulsory service may be required to accommodate pets and smokers: refundable deposits only available after cleaning. |
